Billing

• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

10. Termination

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You fail to pay applicable fees
• We are required to do so by law
• We cease to offer the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete your Content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
